Full Description & Details

I was about 11 years old, and outside playing with a few friends in the backyard. It was Navy housing, and I think it is Mt. Raineir we could see in the distance, far off. All of a sudden, a large, silver, cigar shaped object flew up over us, a little higher than a telephone pole, and just hung in the air. We all started yelling and screaming, and my mother, who was visiting a neighbor, came running out with the neighbor. I believe she was the mother of one of my friends. They also saw it, and my mother still remembers it today. It then rapidly (without turning) flew off in the direction of the mountain. Us, as kids, were running behind it, but it was GONE in a flash!! It was slender, cigar shaped, a little longer than a bus.

I was brought up in the Navy, lived in several states. I currently have a masters degree and have always been fairly intelligent, along with the rest of my family. Right now I am working as a mental health counselor, previously an elementary teacher.
