Full Description & Details

We live on the sixth floor of an apartment block and see a lot of sky from the windows. In Finland it is very light at nighttime at thís time of year. First I noticed a round shape in the sky and wondered whether it was a hot air balloon. I pointed it out to my boyfriend and we went to window to see it better. We I realized it was not a hot air balloon as it was moving quite fast with no sound. It had white light moving around it, behind the object, like a search light. It also appeared to have red lights on edges, maybe six to eight of them. These lights were red spots just visible against the sky. It was moving directly from north to south.

Even though seeing the object fascinated me, I found it a bit scary. If somebody would have a natural explanation for this it would be great.
