Full Description & Details

I was walking my Mother-in-law to her car to make sure she had everything and was able to put my little brother in his car seat. I looked up and thought I saw a balloon. I pointed it out to my mother-In Law and she thought the same until we both saw it moving North against the Southern wind. It then elevated and disapeared in a dull light. I didn't have time to get a picture
