Full Description & Details

I was lying on my bed looking out the window of my second story apartment on Maquarie Street over a valley to the other hill which is West Hobart. It was early evening in daylight saving, so the sky was still quite light. Above the crest of the hill I had a perfect view of the line of sky above the crest and there suddenly was a knot of light. Perspective suggested that it was around the size of aircraft but it seemed to be made up of a tangle of lights, I sat up in bed shocked and never took my eyes of it. It moved in a straight line very slowly from right to left. It never changed trajectory and I kept expecting it to disappear but it did not for several minutes. I felt very excited and special to have seen something so strange!
