I'm not BSing about this. I am pasting an email I sent off to my friend soon after the sighting. Actually pasting two emails.

Email 1 -

hey

i gave her the cd this morning and she right away said "aww, john made it?"

and she was happy to get it for her long ride to lasalle this morning ~ 0530

onto the no lie

as she went outside she called me out to look at the stars quickly with her.

clear skies. loaded with stars. she saw the tiny 5 star constellation that

always reminded me of a micro little dipper saying she never saw that here

in america only in lithuania.

i said i see it a lot and she said "i see a shooting star" and i said no,

that's a plane way up there...i mean WAY up where the thing was moving too

slow to be a shooting star and then it did something unexpected.

the freaking thing was traversing near the small constellation of 5 stars

(and how she didn't notice is beyond me) where it suddenly began to make a

concise half loop, travelling back in the same direction it started, sort of

a big U turn! I swear! It wasn't the slow meandering turn of a plane

either and i know i saw this happen.

a little bit later as i stood there as she got into her car to leave i saw

another quicker flash of a space object shoot by this constellation. this

appeared more like a shooting star but my fixation on the unusual, former

pattern had me almost as transfixed. the cold outside made me get in the

house shortly after.

my father just woke up and i told him. he said, ya know what that is? i

interjected "a satelite?" he said, a satelite.

I just don't know...

My second response-

do you think a satelite would loop so definitively? I can't phathom what I

saw but it was the eeriest I EVER felt seeing a peculiarity in the sky. Do

you happen to know what the tiny constellation (5 stars) that resembles a

tiny dipper is, Mr. Horkheimer? : )

I am not a drug or alcohol imbiber.

I believe I am of very sound mind and have excellent vision. Better than my wife who is 30/20 or something like that and she couldn't follow the pattern like I did. My last eye exam was normal 20/20 and I have great visual concentration.
