Full Description & Details

A friend of mine was walking home from work and saw this object in the air. He focused on it and realized that was stationary in the sky. He walked into my house and told me to come look outside real quick. I went outside and he pointed to the object and asked if I saw it too. " I said yeah what is it?" He said he didnt know and he wanted me to see it so I could testify as well. We looked for a minute or so and we came back into my house so I could hang up the telephone. We then went back outside to see what it was and the object was gone. It was definatly not an airplane or helecopter. I tried to convince myself that it was just the "Northern Lights". They are supposed to be visible in Illinois this time of year. I went online and researched that Nothern Lights (Aurora Borealis) only to discover that what we saw in the sky was nohing like the Northern Lights.

I am a 27 year old high school graduate and I am currently an at home mom. I have been married for 9 years and have lived in Girard for a total of 7 years. I was born and raised in Illinois and Missouri. The person that saw the object is a 28 year old man and he works at a restaurant. He was raised in Girard illinois and is a high school graduate with 3 kids and is divorced.
