Full Description & Details

I lived on a lake in Michigan in a summer cottage while a house was being built. The only children my age lived across a two lane highway.

One friend that I had liked to cath crawfish in the lake behind his house and during one of those times I noticed a bright light hovering above the lake.

I asked my friend what it was and he said he didn't know. We watched the light for some time. My friends neighbor, a grown man, came outside and we asked him what the light was and he also said he didn't know. He watched it with us for quite a while until his wife called him in for dinner.

My friend was called in for dinner also and I remained to watch the light. After several minutes a small red light shot downward from the white light toward the lake and as I watched both vanished instantly without a trace.
