I saw it when i was out running in the nearby forrest. after about 30 seconds (could be longer or shorter) the object vanished, i tried running to the other side to see if i could still catch it but it was gone by the time the othe rpart of the sky was clear. it was pretty clouded so it could have been behind the clouds. i stayed there watching for like 10 minutes at least but didnt see anything again. it wasnt shape shifting and neither were the lights flickering.
