Full Description & Details

It was on wednesday 3:00 most people were at work, my brother and another walker saw it. It was a dark colour and looked like a hubcap with lots of little indents around te edge, it was spinning but the middle was raised up and didnt move while the outer edge spun around it, like a ball bearing ring. it sort of glided in from over the river but it was at a high altitude maybe 500 metres. it seemed to be moving fast but didnt make any noise, as it came over tomakin it slowed down and i could see underneath it looked like lots of little holes in a circle around the bottom edge and then in a circle near the middle of the underside after it reached the edge of tomakin which isnt very big it passed out over the water and sped up. I lost sight of it after that. Afterwards i told a few people about it but they thought i was joking. i didnt know the other person at the park and soon after we saw it they left.
