Full Description & Details

It was pitch black in house and outside, i'd just got up, looked out of window - it had been snowing, stars were out. I immediately saw two (full moon sized) white discs travelling side by side moving left to right. The discs were off-white colour; softly glowing with no other colour/features or lights present. The objects were completely silent. The objects moved erratically up/down with fantastically fast "leaps" up, down and forwards. One of the discs passed through a patch of cloud as i watched and a "halo" of golden orange colour surrounded the disc as it passed through illuminating the cloud. There MAY have been a circular rotation, not especially rapid, but for a brief second i thought i saw one disc rotate clockwise as it moved. The discs briefly disappeared from view before once again reappearing and stopping dead in the sky, side by side. The disc on the right began to "shake" left to right very quickly (like a jelly quivering) before shooting down and round to the left and firing up into the sky in a split second; immediately followed by the second disc. This time both discs appeared flatter and more diamond shaped (possibly because i was seeing them from a side view whereas before they were passing almost overhead). I had no camera so i could only watch. It was an amazing experience and i have never seen anything like this before or since.

Other Comments

I can vaguely recall that a woman walking a dog in nearby Stroud, Gloucestershire also saw "two white lights" a few months before my sighting (in local paper).

My report is totally genuine. I had never seen UFOs before this and i've never seen one since.
