Full Description & Details

extremely hot night. saw 6-7 overhead lights in the night sky. the lights were very high up. they moved across the sky

sort of at a medium rate of speed then disappeared up. it wasn't a plane and it made no noise. the lights were connected to something which was toovague to see well. the other person with me was in the military and he stated that he did not think it was a plane or any type of regular aircraft and that he didn't know what it was. the lights appeared to be circular and white. it went straight up or appeared too. it must have set off the dogs in the neighborhood because they barked loudlly for a few minutes before we saw it untill about 3 minutes after it disappeared. i don't know what it could have been but i do know it wasn't a plane or helicopter.
