the cloud moved like it was on a purpose it stopped for a couple of minutes above us and we watched the electrical arches as they jumped around the outside of the cloud.

it stopped and felt like it was watching us for a minute or two and then it moved off to the west at the same speed.

the sky was blue and it was the only cloud in the sky

i feel there was something hiding in the cloud and it had a strong electomagnetic field
