Summary:
I was visiting the capital building in Washington DC and I took a photo of the capital at night. When I returned home and viewed my photos on my computer, I saw the UFO in the photo flying above the capital building.

One day my family and I went to DC for some sightseeing. Before leaving DC to head back to Richmond, we wanted a photo of the Capital Building. My wife got out of our vehicle and walked up to the Capital Building to take a photo. It was about 9:00 PM. There were some security guards around and they gave my wife permission to take a photo. We got back to where we were staying outside of Richmond and we downloaded the photos on my laptop to show our friends. As we were viewing the photos, we noticed this round, saucer like object right above the Capital Building. As we zoomed in there was no mistake about it, it was a UFO.
