Full Description & Details

Witnessed a multicolored "star" in the sky that upon closer inspection, seems to be moving left/right up/down diagnal in very small amounts. Upon closer inspection with binoculors, this object was flashing red/green/blue/yellow/white lights, and moving erratically in all directions, but basically staying the the same spot. After an hour, it seemed to be moving away from us very slowly.
