It was a dark triangle with lights at each point.

relatively it was about the size of my hand. I cannot give a description of the actual size.

I live in a suburb which is mostly urban.

It was a low flying triangular craft that was totally silent. At each point on the triangle, there was a dim light. What really struck me was that it made no sound and sort of glided through the air. The sky was clear, so there was no way it could have been a cloud or a bird.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Man made most definitely

I believe there is something out there such as UFO's, but in hindsight it was probably a stealth military jet
