in small town--military williams airfield 5 miles to south--also now an airport now--passenger planes

large bubble shape---hard to tell size--looked like a moon size--clear and transparant---but was shining on one side because of sun

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no moon in the west--and not moving back and forth like weather ballon--was stationary with clouds moving to the east--mostly clear though--not an airplane--was in army--was trained to know what i was looking at

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

ive always believed them to be---dont think we are alone--and was reading about the ufos that are transparent but photographed-with infared cameras so thought maybe this was a sighting after all because i dismissed last yr.
