urban area, there is a military bases of left side of object, and far of the object, there is a radar center.

early morning, time: 01.58.. I have no idea what this is I wonder if anyone else saw the object ? a fired ball. downed. distance 20 km. apr. biggest a 20 sec. ı saw and took the photo immediatly able to get only a shoot I tried to get correct exposure. But, object downed slowly.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
