Appearance / Description of Object(s)

White blobs of light approximately the size of a large pea held at arms length. These moved from above Mount Davidson east over San Francisco Bay and then moved quickly to one side then up and gone.

Altitude: 400-600 feet

Description of Area / Surroundings

Urban. Over San Francisco itself.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not on your life. This was no plane, missile, ballon, advertising plane, blimp, or anything else that I have ever seen. Not a planet. Not the moon. Not anything that I have ever seen before.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I know we are not alone. I'm sure of that. There isn't any way that we exist alone in this galaxy. I would bet my life on it. I'll leave it at that.

Other Comments

The only thing that I'm questioning is whether the lights were intelligently operated or not. They seemed to move in tandem. They mimicked each other's movements exactly. It is entirely possible that what was seen was something called, "Earth Lights" and I know that with the San Andreas Fault here it is a possiblity. If we have an earthquake sometime in the next 72 hours or in the next week or two. That would explain the lights. I take a wait and see attitude.
