It was about 20 past 10 I saw it for about 5 seconds until it went out of view behined trees it was unbelevabley clear.in an area with no houses, so no fireworks, I saw a strange object I know it wasn't a plane or anything I have seen before. the best way to describe it is that it was like the ship on Independence day but about the size of 2 passenger planes, no noise, low flying, below clouds, covered in lights mainly white lights but with the odd coloured light red blue green.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I thought people who reported sightings were mad or liars now I know its true but I keep telling myself I must be mistaken. Can't stop looking at the sky now. never read anything about UFO's
