Appearance / Description of Object(s)

Object was round with 3 large bright white spot lights underneath in a triangle pattern. Had to look very closely to see the round disc as the lights were so bright it first looked like a triangle. One smaller red light kind of in between the white ones. Looks almost identical to the picture on your home page except for the placement of the red light.

Appx. size 50 ft. diameter.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

About 500 feet high or lower, came directly between our house and the house next door.

Description of Area / Surroundings

City outskirts. Very populated. Small post world war II cape neighborhood abutting Interstate 93 & Merrimack River on Massachusetts/Newhampshire line.

My son and I were sitting in our family room appx. 8 pm. Son spotted then I. Object moved very slowly and very low. Appeared to change direction without tipping at all - stayed completely level. Watched it slow and low for about 1 mile then it disappeared instantly.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?
