Something floated past my bedroom window, from the sky, looked like green fire or flashing light, disappeared after landing. Thought I saw three bright flashes of light minutes afterward in sky towards the west.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting I don't think I believe in UFO's. I have never seen one before. I just can't figure out what it could be.... no planes were overhead.
