it was round with no defined edge, apart from two straight edges on either side which appeared to be spinning, it was deep red in colour with a glow.

if i held my arm at full stretch in front of me it would have been the same size as my thumb nail

it was hard to determine but i would estimate roughly 5000 feet

its an urban area thogh very quiet and not very well lit, part of an industrial estate

it was approximately 05:39am i had just come out of my front door, it was a freezing morning still dark bot a really clear sky and i just happened to look up and saw a round shaped object with no defined edge, moving from south to nothwest, it was moving in a kind of zig-zag motion but erraticaly, it was a glowing deep red colour, and the manouverabilitie was fantastic, the whole sighting lasted about i5 seconds until it flew out of sight on the horizon,

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no due to the fantastic right angle manouvers and speed it was travelling
