It was very bright and `plate´ or `pancake´-shaped.

Relative size: 3 centimetres. Actual size is too difficult to estimate.

It was quite far and high, but it`s very difficult to estimate.

Description of Area / Surroundings

Urban area, with buildings, football-fields, water-towers.There´s also a big shopping center near by.

Full Description & Details

I saw it in the eastern sky from my balcony, which is in the seventh floor of the building. The object with a bright light was moving in a horizontal position and stayed visible nearly 20 minutes. It looked like it was burning, but it didn`t leave any signs (smoke or else)in the air. The weather at the moment was clear.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It wasn`t any of these objects.

I´m studying Educational Sciences in the Helsinki University. I work at evenings and weekends in a store, that sells for example paints and wallpapers(tapets).

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

This is the first time, when I can´t think of any sensible explanation to what I saw. And after this experience I really can`t deny the existence of the extraterrestrial life.
