the appearance of a star and from 0655 to 0720 thats what it seemed to be except when moving and not as fast as a shooting star appears

similar in speed and size to the plane which it followed

Full Description & Details

At 0645 I saw a planes lights flying from west to east then at the same sort of speed what i at first thought was another plane flying from n. west to s. east, but making a U turn in the center of my vision without any change of speed wihich was constant whilst moving.The star like light then made 2 erratic loops and stopped. after about a minute it began to move at the same sort of speed in erratic loops which also included straight lines then instantly at 90degree angles. It then stopped in the same spot and stayed still from about 0655 to 0720 when i decided it wasnt likely to move any more so got ready for work as was now late

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

the time it remained still showed it was not a helicopter but was not consistant with them anyway and helicopters are frequently around the area

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

this is just something i cant explain in my analytical mind. It was clear and not any chance of being a reflection of anything and was an entity in its self
