I have heard that this may have been a high luminencent cloud they say forms after sunset,but this was well after that. The reason i was looking in the sky was because the iss space station was crossing in that direction. when i moved binoculers about the sky was when i spotted it.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

was not a man made object. could have been a high luminenct cloud but it did not change shape and traveled at a constant speed . maybe 100knts

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

i was aware of ufo;s before the sighting and still not convinced that they are extra terestal in nature. after the sighting i now understand that somethings cannot be explained, and see why its hard to explain to someone else. i might give more credit to a person that says they have seen a ufo.
