Full Description & Details

There were two types of objects we observed. The first type appeared to be round and moved in all directions. The second type of object appeared to be long filiments, also moving in all directions. During the one-half hour period we viewed the objects we saw approx. two dozen of the round objects and three or four dozen of the filiment objects. Sometimes we saw both types of objects together at other times only one or the other type of object was visable. Sometimes the objects were visable for several seconds, at other times we saw the objects for a second or less. During one of my sightings one of the filiment appearing objects formed an almost perfect 180 degree arc above a cliff. Mark Abrams and myself took numerous pictures of the objects. I was using a 35mm Canon SLR and Mark was using a Canon digital camara. I have forwarded one of Mark's pictures to you in a separate email. This picture is significant since not only are both types of objects present but a souring eagle is also in the forground of the picture to give reference to the objects. This is an untouched up digital photograph, we hope it will be valuable to you.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I have a M.A. degree in education from Northern Arizona Univ. A B.A. degree in Biology from Baker Univ. I am a distinguished graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, GA. I had a 31 yr. career mainly in law enforcement with the Federal Government. I also was a commercial pilot with Skywest and Sunrise Airlines. I also served as a search & rescue pilot with the National Park Service at Lake Powell in northern Arizona.

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

I have had a casual interest in UFOs and did see a UFO with my wife in the 1960s while living on the Navajo Reservation. This sighting last Thursday is the first I have had since the 1960s
