nearest power plant is grangemouth it was over feilds althogh houses in the area

there were 4 of us in a car coming back from glasgow my wife and my sister and also her husband who was driving .we were aproaching castlecarry arches when my wife, who is a police officer asked what that was in the sky i looked out as did my sister and there was a silver ball about the size of a pea i dont know if it was moving as we were in a car traveling about 70 mph we discussed this and to this day we dont know what this was it was; not an aircraft or balloon that i know very strange

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no this was not a weather balloon none of us have ever seen anything like this before
