white lights from front to back that seem to get brighter as if it was turning. a flickering light on top and a pulsating light on the bottom. moving very slowly.

it seemed close but with me standing on the street and it up in the sky it was half an inch. but moving so slowly

I was smoking a ciggarette at 6:35am waiting for 6:37 am so I could pick up my first student (I'm a school bus driver) when I looked up and noticed the stars and thought to myself " wow I haven't seen the stars in a long time" just then I noticed a man walking across the street and in this day and age you have to be careful so I turned his way to make sure he wasn't going to attack me but he continued on and resumed looking at the sky when I saw It. At first I thought airplane, but it had lights from the front to the back. I thought that's odd so I continued to watch. It had a light on top and one on the bottom, so with the lights on the side it looked like a ' Top' a toy top. It stayed the same size the entire time I watched and it seemed to be moving very slowly. I couldn't watch any longer because I had to get my first student. I would like to see a picture of some explainable thing this could be.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

I don't know please show me some thing that sounds close to my description
