Appearance / Description of Object(s)

There were five lights. One light on each corner of the triangle and a light between the forward point and the other two points. So the shape of the lights was in a "V". The object moved slowly, there we're no sudden movements, but it was COMPLETELY silent. I estimate the object to be approximately 200-300 feet from the top light on the triangle to the bottom light on the triangle. There were no taillights and the lights were NOT blinking. The lights were white -no colors. It was very low in the sky. I'd estimate flying at maybe an altitutde of aprox. 500 feet.

On early Sunday morning around 5am I was outside on my stoop.

I always like to look up at the stars, I try to identify certain constellations, and occasionally see a shooting star. Well, anyway I'm looking up at the sky and all of a sudden I see a triangular shaped object, with lights only on the front. There were five lights. One light on each corner of the triangle and a light between the forward point and the other two points. So the shape of the lights was in a "V". The object moved slowly, there we're no sudden movements, but it was COMPLETELY silent. I estimate the object to be approximately 200-300 feet from the top light on the triangle to the bottom light on the triangle. There were no taillights and the lights were NOT blinking. SO I saw a UFO--whether it was a terrestrial based craft or from another world it was pretty exciting. I nearly crapped my pants when this thing moved across the sky.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

If it was man made it was a top secret craft of some sort.
