A light so BRIGHT - that we knew this was not a STAR !!! and it was also WAY WAY to close to be a STAR -- this object seemed to hover for an hour or longer in the same spot -- then it started to move higher in the sky - where it was no longer visable !!! My husband and I both were a witness to this == at about 5 am ==

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

NO --- NO!!!! way

after being married for 47 years -- my husband and myself -- never thought much about UFO's -- after last night -- we know that we both saw an OBJECT that was not a STAR!!! we do know that we saw a LIGHT brighter than any thing we had ever seen - that hovered in one spot --
