blue,almost like a lighting ball or shooting star but low and clear night. and actual visible flame surrounding.

outstretched hand size of palm.given height in the air,possible 200 plus feet.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

right over head headed left to right,500-1000 feet

Description of Area / Surroundings

rural,few trees on wither side of road with a field to one side and a church to the left.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

possible meteor not right color though,(color of plasma wielder)and did not burn out.
