I watched it from my window across the river. It was a dry day and wasnt cold outside.

I took some photos of this object which I thought at first was a sunset.

What I saw was absolutely glorious and the colours (Golden yellows) were absolutely incredible . I was thinking that this must be the best sunset I have ever seen in my life. It acted just like a sunset, and ended up going down behind some buildings, just like a sunset.

Then it started to get light about an hour later. The time was 06.15am on Friday the 10 February 2006. I had just awoken and went to the kitchen to put on the kettle.

I looked out of the window and couldnt believe my eyes. The sky was black, as it was still dark outside. The street lights were still lit and some lights along the river and nearby buildings. Apart from these lights it was total darkness. It was moving and swirling around, just like a sunset when the light starts to stretch out and all around was a golden yellow colour. It seemed to pulsate a bit before going down behind some buildings, just like a sunset. The whole experience was about a minute and a half.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

It reminded me of the sun. However, although it looked like a planet there isnt any planets that match its description, so I do not know what it was?

I dont know anything about UFO's. I never had any views before my sighting but niow I am awe struck and would love to know what I saw.
