somewhat rural area. nuclear power plant 18 miles away.

it was a clear summer night. i was outside looking at the stars. i noticed there was a blue light just hovering in the sky, then it moved what had to be miles across the sky in like .2 seconds and then back to the original location, then it streaked across the sky and was gone.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

no. it moved too far way too fast.

sceptical but now i really believe there is other intelligent life.
