not sur of the altitude , higher than any airplane last night

city night , somewhat clear night , clear enough to see the dipper

I was in my backyard looking at the big dipper with a family member , When she said to me whats that ? i looked and it was three dim lights the size of a star traveling in a fast triangle formation , moving west .Then they started whipping back and forth ,recklessly like planes in a dog fight but much faster . then they went up and west ,then out of sight . I dont know what they were they were fast and seemed to be in space . ?

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

maybe airplanes , but the zig zagging and the altitude , was different

I dont believe i them coming from other planets i think they are from this planet . The other planets and stars are way to far away .
