I would guess that the UFO was about 25 to 30ft. in length and about 10 feet from top to botttom.

The UFO was floating in the air about 150ft. above the building.

There were no military bases near, but it was in a camping ground where I was staying the weekend. There were plants and bushes around where I was staying.

One night in August of 1992, I was camping in Lander Wyoming and I woke up and had to use the facilities. When I got up, I saw some strange lights coming from behind some trees. Being curious as I am, I walked toward the trees and saw and oval-shaped flying object in the sky (UFO). It was floating in one particular spot above a building near where I was camping. There were lights all around the spheric flying object. The UFO was an amazing sight to see, and it was very silent. The UFO stayed afloat for about 12-15 minutes until it took of at the speed of light.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No, what I saw did not come from this world.
