Appearance / Description of Object(s)

Arc shaped with a hump in the middle on the bottom of it. SHINY silver metallic color.

Size of Object(s)

maybe 2-300 feet across

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

600 yards away hovering right beneath the cloud line on the horizon

Description of Area / Surroundings

no military bases or airports in the area....was directly above the interstate I-40/75

Full Description & Details

It was not flying, it was more hovering silently about 5-600 yards above the interstate. This was about 5:45PM during Rush hour traffic. I watched it as it lights went on and off in various patterns, as i turned off the exit. It was then obscured by the tress for no more than 3 seconds as i approached the red light at the end of the exit. I ran the light to seeif i could see it again... and it was gone. it had just dissappeared. No vapor trail, it wasnt off in the distance..it was just gone.

My roommate was with me in the car and he saw the exact same thing.

it was had a body span of about 2-300 feet fro0m wing tip to wing tip with a hump in the middle on the bottom. there were three lights.one on the close to the end of each wing and one in the middle..but lower..not all in a row.

The lights were the brighest i have ever seen especially in broad daylight.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

alot. i know thyey are real. the universe and span of space is far too large for earth to be the only life inhabited planet. its arrogant and boorish for humans to think we are all there is.
