I was far off but they looked quite large I would say they were quite large bigger than a house

from where I was I would say these objects were right above or near Parliament Buildings

I was washing dishes cleaning up after supper and I went to in to the living room to get something I Iooked out at the back door at the setting sun when I saw this saucer shaped object bathed in golden light and it glided gently sideways but basically stayed in one spot for about 2 hours before it picked up incredible speed and then vanished right before my eyes.

also in 1988 the same day , same time same place the exact same thing happened.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

not a natural more like extra terrestrial origin

Views on UFOs, before and after sighting

the sight in 1988 a small airplane went directly for it and that's when this object moved away from it at incredible speed. literally vanishing in the sky
