It looked like a cigar tube(rounded at both ends), silver in color, no markings, no noise, no exhaust, no windows, steady speed.

1-2 miles up, directly overhead.

Full Description & Details

It was a clear day and my dad asked me to come outside and see something.

It was a fast moving object heading to the west toward the pacific coast. It made no noise and had no markings and no exhaust. It was going as a constant speed in a straight path.

I would guess it was up about 1-2 miles. I was about 7-8 years old but I can remember this event like it was yesterday.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

Not a manmade object. I was a hobbyist of military aircraft and this was like nothing we had or that could be explained by my descriptions.

They are real. I believe some ufo's are time travellers and the crew is genetically engineered for this purpose. I believe what Sylvia Browne has to say on the subject.

Other Comments

I saw a second sighting in Tigard, Oregon in the mid to late 70's. It was a ufo exactly the same as the first, with the only difference it being a sphere. No way this was a balloon. It was moving quite fast in a straight line toward the coast. No one else saw it. I feel very lucky to have seen two ufo's and still wander why that is the case.
