I was young at the time, I can't remember just how old I was, and standing on the front porch of our house with my little sister. I happened to be looking in the right direction as it came over the cornfield across the street from our house. It came in low just over the trees and crossed the field about 200 yards from me moving from east to west at perhaps 100 mph. There was no sound from it but the sound of it splitting the air, It was silver, a disk, perhaps 30 ft. in diameter. It was definitely not one of ours.

It passed out of sight over the woods and that was the last I saw of it. I never told anyone because since I was the only one who had seen it there really seemed no point.

There's certainly something to all this. I saw one, so I know they are real. As for the rest of it, I cannot say. I only know what I saw.
