Appearance / Description of Object(s)

I was not able to see the object because of its high altitude, it produced a very bright white light all i saw was a bright dot moving in the sky. The light was similar to Xenon-3000 to 4600 lights its was bright and then began to fade very slowly.

Size of Object(s)

I think it must have been very big since I was able to see it while it was at a high altitude.

Distance to Object(s) & Altitude

I think it was at about 7km-10km.

Description of Area / Surroundings

I was in my apartament in a urban area, theres no military base or power plants theres nothing special around the are.

I was on the balcony looking at the stars and searching for a sattelite in the sky for fun when I noticed something moving in the sky at a very high altitude producing a large amount of light, I thot it might be an airplane but it was too high and too bright. I was not able to see an object I just saw a bright light slowly moving after about 10 seconds the light started getting less and less bright and at the same time picking up speed after a while I lost sight of the object because it completly stopped producing light.

Can sighting be explained as any conventional man-made or natural object?

No, the object was to bright and to high to be man made......but who knows.
