it was me and my boyfriend we were walking at 12:00am to his house and we seen the ufo just there it look like it was looking at us and we started walking faster and faster ... untill we got to his house.  

we were out on the sky deck of our loft appartment at app. 11pm just looking out at the night sky and i saw something, a concentrated light that looked like somthing that bounced in our atmospher spining out of control then gained control and took off. then i looked over to my best friend and he saw it too. unlike and any shooting star,faster than any plain. nothing i know of in the world could explaine what we had seen. there where 4 of us on the skydeck and 3 of us happened to be looking up at that second when it flashed acros the sky.

Bright ground-based lights from the west. Behind the mountains, in Capital Forest where I live in NW WA State.  

Started like a falling star, but made a few fast turns unlike any normal falling star.

Distinct solid circle of white light with a ring of twinkling green lights around outer edge and several other green lights in the center. Flew in straight line for approx. 1-2 minutes before fading out of sight.
